Join us for fun and engaging Kids Yoga & Mindfulness sessions followed by soft play at the wonderful Wild Roots in Times Square Center. This is the perfect opportunity for mini yogis ages 3-7 to practice Kids Yoga & Mindfulness, socialize, play, explore and discover.

Our expert Kids' Yoga trainer Carla Julian will guide minis through a series of gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises, designed to promote mindfulness and well-being in children from a young age.

Whether your little one is a seasoned yogi or just starting out, our classes are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. It is a great way to connect with other like minded moms,

while the little ones enjoy practising Yoga, Mindfulness and Soft Play.
