Yogi Carla Julian will take you through Yoga asanas, Pranayama (breathing exercises)

and lots of fun strengthening and coordination sequences in a mindful approach.

Each pose can be modified for varying levels of flexibility and strength.

We are all short on precious, quality time spent with our family,

hence why exercising together might be the next best thing for you!

Physical activity should be instilled in children to ensure a healthy lifestyle from a young age. Practicing Yoga with your minis will not only benefit each individual, but will also tighten the bond and enhance positive family relationships by leading by example.

A highly successful partner yoga practice is Mom&Me Yoga, which has a strong focus on self-awareness, but also requires both partners to be in sync with each other; required to communicate and collaborate through postures. This type of Yoga consists of mothers practicing Yoga with their toddler or infant, mimicking sun-salutations and animal poses, curling under or climbing over a down-dog or plank pose!!
