KIDS YOGA

Kid's yoga is a great way to boost children's focus and encourage them to work collaboratively in a fun, peaceful and non-competitive environment. Yoga also follows a safe approach towards building flexibility, strength and agility in a child's body.

 

It has been proven to improve concentration, academic performance and mental health. It is a peaceful environment for children to grow in & develop emotionally and physically, boosting grounding and growth

Mom & Me Yoga sessions are designed to strengthen the mother-child bond, as well as to foster mutual respect, positive communication, and trust between moms (or any female role model)

and little ones. We do an individual breath work practice and super safe warm up,

partner Yoga poses, some exciting Acro Yoga poses and other practical, peaceful & mindful ideas; you will be excited to build your practice together & always look forward to the next class!

Family yoga is a great way to bring together the family and strengthen relationships. It allows the family to come together and focus on relaxation, breath work, and trust. It can improve concentration, and nurture the familial relationships.

DAD & ME YOGA

Dad & Me Yoga sessions are designed to strengthen the father-child bond, as well as to foster mutual respect, positive communication, and trust between dads (or any male role model) and little ones. We do an individual breath work practice and super safe warm up, partner Yoga poses, some exciting Acro Yoga poses and other practical, peaceful &  mindful ideas;  you will be excited to build your practice together & always look forward to the next class!
