Yoga, Mindfulness, Swing Yoga, Meditation, Awareness; 

A Summer Full of Movement, Play & Growth from Within

In today’s world, children are constantly stimulated — school demands, social pressure, screens, fast paced routines & very little time to simply be.

Even in their natural confidence, many children can feel overwhelmed, distracted or restless without really understanding what is happening in their body and mind when it comes to challenges, triggers and stressors.

 

Our Kids Swing & Wellbeing Summer Camp is created as a space to support children differently.

Through Yoga, Mindfulness and Swing Yoga practices, children are guided to slow down, move with awareness, physical safety, confidence, release pent-up energy and reconnect with their body in a way that feels natural, fun and empowering.

This is not about performance or reaching perfection — it’s about providing children with tools they can use in real life: at school, at home, and in moments when they need to feel more grounded, bring their nervous system to safety, be calm and bring focus.

The camp is open to all levels & abilities. No prior experience required.

Why This Camp Matters

 

Children today are learning how to navigate emotions, expectations and constant change perhaps from a very early age.

 

Through movement, breath-work and mindful play, they begin to develop body awareness, emotional awareness and self-regulation skills — understanding how their system responds and how to gently bring it back into balance.

This builds something very valuable: inner stability, confidence, self-control, self-awareness, self-management and resilience from within.

What children will learn & experience:

Our mindfully crafted camp is designed to help juniors & tweens build strength, co-ordination, resilience in a fun & holistic screen free approach & learn techniques they can implement in everyday life: before & during exams, stressful schooldays, overwhelming situations or social challenges.

 

Throughout the camp, children will explore:

 

Kids Yoga – building strength, flexibility, coordination and posture in a playful, age appropriate and accessible way

 

Swing Yoga – a unique aerial experience which develops balance, core strength, stamina, co-ordination, body awareness, trust and joy through movement in the swings

 

Mindfulness & Breathing – simple tools to help them pause, reset and regulate emotions, ground their energy engaging in sound practice, guided meditation and yoga nidra (full body relaxation) 

 

Movement & Games – activities designed to develop co-ordination, balance, focus and teamwork

 

 Creative Expression – exercises which support confidence, self-expression, communication and emotional awareness

 

 Relaxation & Sound – guided relaxation and sound practices to calm the nervous system and integrate the experience

Beyond the Camp

 

What children take from this experience goes far beyond what we practice in the sessions themselves.

 

They leave with practical tools they can use in daily life:

 

– to improve focus and concentration at school or any other physical, cognitive related activity

– to manage emotions and reduce feeling overwhelmed, hyper or anxious

– to support balance and resilience in stressful or busy moments

– to reconnect with their body when they feel disconnected

– to stay grounded during challenges or facing change

These are foundational life skills which support children as they grow.

This is a wonderful summer to move, swing, breathe, laugh and grow —

building strength, balance, awareness and calm from the inside out.

  • Supports children build focus, confidence, emotional balance, resilience and body awareness

  • Enhances stress management, self-regulation and overall wellbeing in a fun, engaging & safe environment

  • Includes movement games, creative expression, and guided relaxation for juniors and tweens

  • Encourages children to build lifelong skills for managing emotions, improving concentration, and staying calm and grounded
