Therapeutics Yoga involves a combination of gentle methods to ease physical discomfort. Excellent improvements are visible over the

In many cases people suffer from incorrect posture, spinal alignment and chronic injuries, which make every day routines difficult to cope with. 

Private Yoga Therapy sessions help improve posture, strengthen minor muscle groups, lengthen and relieve tension in the muscles, increase flexibility, as well as bring awareness and correct old postural habits from driving, sitting down in an incorrect position which compromises the spine and spending long hours by the computer desk.


Yoga asanas (postures) are also applied for depression, anxiety, stress, and thyroid issues, as such a dedicated mind and body approach to breath and physical movement helps bring more balance and wellbeing by enhancing strength in mind & body connection.

Spinal conditions such as kyphosis, lordosis, and scoliosis can be considerably improved with regular yoga therapy sessions, which will assist in strengthening specific muscle groups with the use of guided breathing exercises.


The use of lovely bolsters, cushions, blankets, blocks, belts, therapy balls and sand bags bring in an array of props, which are used according to the client’s needs in restorative sessions.


One mindful hour dedicated to deep breathing, gentle twisting, postural alignment and tension release will bring in relaxation, improved performance management, better mood, restore energy levels and over all balance.


Restorative sessions are a wonderful way to take care of yourself after stressful work days, long haul flights, tiring long drives or meetings.

If you prefer a more intimate class with a reduced groups, we offer small group bookings. This can be arranged in your community, other public spaces such as the beach and parks and even online


We also offer bookings for birthday parties, where you can celebrate yours or a loved ones special day with a group session of relaxing and restorative yoga.  



Kid's yoga is a great way to boost children's focus and encourage them to work collaboratively in a fun, peaceful and non-competitive environment. Yoga also follows a safe approach towards building flexibility, strength and agility in a child's body. It has been proven to improve concentration, academic performance and mental health.

Teen's yoga presents a positive role to mental health by ameliorating sleeping patterns, slowing down the mental loop of frustration, anger, fear and anxiety. A regular Yoga practice enhances breathing awareness, appreciation, and love towards our environment, developing strength and flexibility to enhance self and mutual respect as well as boosting academic performance.

Mom & Me yoga strengthens the mother-daughter bond and are designed to foster mutual respect, positive communication, and trust between moms (or any female role model) and daughters. We do an individual breath work practice and super safe warm up, partner Yoga poses, some exciting Acro Yoga poses and other practical and peaceful ideas you can continue to practice at home!

Family yoga is a great way to bring together the family and strengthen relationships. It allows the family to come together and focus on relaxation, breath work, and trust. It can improve concentration, and nurture the familial relationships.



For expecting and new mothers, we offer pre-natal and post-natal classes to reduce the stress of child birth. With positive physical and mental health impacts, it can increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for child birth.

We have also introduced 1:1 online private classes, which can be tailored to each client's individual needs.
