Today’s tweens' & teens' are facing record levels of stress & anxiety juggling in between school deadlines, upcoming exams, constant notifications and social challenges, many feel overwhelmed and anxious; it is our responsibility to assist them in navigating challenges & accessing self-regulating tools.

Our mindfully crafted workshop is designed to help pre-teens & teens build resilience

and learn techniques they can implement before and during exams,

stressful schooldays, overwhelming situations or social challenges.

Mindfulness practices | simple awareness and focus exercises

Breathing techniques | effective emotional regulating tools

Yoga sequence | movement to release tension, build strength & resilience

Relaxation | guided relaxation to calm down the nervous system

Sound healing | soothing vibrations for deep relaxation
